Vehicles we run ourselves
We own and maintain our buses, trucks and lifting equipment, so jobs are not held up waiting on hired vehicles.
From pricing to handover
Pricing. Each job is broken into clear packages and checked against our own cost records, so the price is accurate.
Delivery. We manage safety, quality control and the schedule every day, and do much of the work ourselves.
Maintenance. After completion we can maintain the site under a contract written around your specification.
Reporting. You get weekly or monthly updates, with problems raised early and solutions proposed.
Grounds kept safe and tidy
Grounds work is where SHYT made its name. We cut grass and looked after the landscaping at the BLNG plant for close to twenty years, maintained the 18-hole course at Panaga Club from 1994 to 2022, and still cut grass on BSP sites today.
Our crews bring their own tractors, brush cutters, crane trucks and cherry picker. Tree jobs near roads or buildings get barricades, signage and a road closure where needed, and everyone on site works in full PPE.
Our work in action
Facility cleaning and pantry service
Our uniformed cleaning team looks after offices and facilities for clients in the oil and gas industry and government, from daily upkeep to deep cleans: carpet shampooing, floor scrubbing and restoring heavily stained tiles.
The same team runs tea and coffee service for client offices, so meeting rooms and pantries are kept stocked and tidy through the day.
Machines for hire, with our operator
Need a crane truck for an afternoon or an excavator for a month? We hire out our own vehicles and plant, and each one comes with a trained SHYT driver or operator, so you don't have to find your own.
Hire by the hour, day, week or month, or on a longer contract.

How to hire
- Tell us what you need. Send an enquiry or WhatsApp us with the machine, the job, your site location, the dates and how long you need it.
- We check and quote. We confirm the machine and operator are free, visit the site first if the job needs it, and send you a quotation.
- Confirm the booking. Accept the quotation or send us a purchase order, and we lock in your dates.
- We arrive and start work. Our operator brings the machine to site on the agreed day and works to your instructions, following our safety procedures.
- Record and invoice. Our operator fills in our transport requisition form on site with the job details and hours worked, and we invoice from that record.
Rates depend on the machine, the hire period and the site. Full terms are set out in your quotation.

- We contact you. Together we agree how often you need collection, and we confirm your rate.
- Collection starts. Put your rubbish out on your collection days and we do the rest.
Rates depend on the type of premises, from homes to shops, offices and industrial sites, and on how often you need collection.

Commercial and municipal collection
We collect refuse for shops, offices and industrial premises, and handle municipal collection contracts for the Kuala Belait and Seria areas and the Panaga 2000 housing schemes.
